Overview
Revvy is an AI-powered voice assistant built for amateur track drivers. It provides real-time guidance on racing lines, braking, cornering, and acceleration to help users improve lap performance. Post-session, Revvy delivers video-based analysis with personalized feedback on driving errors and improvement areas.
Revvy delivers real-time AI voice guidance on braking, turning, and acceleration, offers post-race performance analysis, and features a 3D interactive model with track-specific AI feedback—all designed to help amateur drivers improve lap times and racing technique.
Fueled by the excitement of Formula 1 and immersive racing games, motorsport has seen a surge in popularity among younger enthusiasts. More than ever, aspiring drivers are eager to take their passion from the screen to the real track.
Amateur drivers often lack access to real-time coaching, struggle to interpret data, and find it difficult to improve without expert guidance—creating a gap between interest and skill development.

User Research
In order to better understand what our users' needs are, we did some user interviews and summarized their pain points and expectations based on this information.

Current products are expensive for beginners, ranging from $359 to $1000, and require additional external devices like GPS or cameras, making entry-level adoption difficult.
Most tools focus on post-track analysis and lack real-time driving assistance features, leaving beginners without support during their sessions.
Beginning track drivers often experience frustration, especially when driving alone, as they struggle with learning racing lines, managing car control, and situational awareness.
The data presented is often overly complex and targeted at intermediate or professional drivers, making it intimidating and unusable for novices.
Using the car’s built-in GPS and cameras, this system provides real-time track guidance without external devices, ensuring a seamless setup. The intuitive display shows track maps, performance data, and real-time tips, keeping beginners focused and confident.
AI enhances both real-time track guidance and post-session learning. It provides braking and cornering tips during laps and simplifies performance analysis afterward, helping drivers improve efficiently.
Designed to run on any performance EV with track driving capabilities, the system provides beginners with clear, easy-to-visualize track driving data, enhancing their ability to improve while delivering a thrilling and immersive track experience.
There is currently no integrated in-car system dedicated to track day experience, presenting a opportunity to create a comprehensive solution—from finding track events to real-time driving assistance and post-session analysis, catering to track day enthusiasts.
Market Research
To better find our market position and the analysis of other competing brands. We did this Market Research to help us better position our website and our audience.
VUI Prototype
To create the VUI prototype, We integrated the GPT-4o real-time API into Spline, enabling functional interactions with animated elements. We trained the AI with fundamental track knowledge and safety awareness to provide accurate and helpful answers to user queries.
Set Up
We set up a user testing environment where participants drive an in-game vehicle using a steering wheel simulator, interacting with Revvy's real-time guidance to simulates an actual driving experience. The goal is to evaluate how Revvy impacts drivers' situational awareness, emotional response, and ability to balance receiving information with staying focused and engaged in the racing simulation.
Revvy represents a potential evolution in track experience . Future iterations and refines will be shaped by expert feedback and real-world validation to enhance usability and effectiveness.
Conduct tests with beginners and professionals track drivers to enhance practicality and real-time guidance.
Improve the AI coaching dynamics based on driving style, skill level and track conditions
Optimize synchronization with HUDs and dashboard displays across various vehicle models.
Establish a track driving community where new users can get introduced to the sport, and experienced drivers can share their records, insights, and progress.
