CarSpy is an online platform built for car enthusiasts who love to customize and enhance their vehicles. Whether you're upgrading performance or changing your car's look, CarSpy helps you find the right parts quickly and confidently.
Car enthusiasts often seek to personalize their vehicles with modifications like tailgates, wheels, and lights. However, different cars require different parts, and finding the right modifications can be a confusing and time-consuming process.

Four processes, one shopping experience.
From selecting the right product to providing installation assistance after the sale, according to the user's needs, I created 4 main processes that enhance the user's shopping experience.
Interview findings
In order to know how to create a different kind of car modification parts website, I did user research to help me create the car website.
While the website provides a convenient purchase process, it also needs to let users know how the physical installation will look.
Create a My Car interface that is specifically designed to help users customize their car.
Provide a community interface that contains feedback and reviews from other users, as well as various videos of the installation process.

To better find our market position and the analysis of other competing brands, I did this market research to help better position our website and our audience.
AmericanMuscle is a leading online retailer specializing in aftermarket performance parts and accessories for American muscle cars, particularly Ford Mustangs and F-150s.

CARiD is a prominent online retailer specializing in aftermarket automotive parts and accessories for a wide range of vehicles — an extensive catalog of nearly 17 million products from over 5,500 brands, including both OEM and aftermarket options.
"Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service in eCommerce — a one-stop digital commerce platform with the largest selection of automotive parts and accessories available anywhere."
Driver Mods is an automotive aftermarket retailer based in Brea, California, offering a curated selection of performance parts, accessories, and off-road products for cars, trucks, UTVs, and motocross vehicles.
"Shop the best aftermarket car parts, performance mods, and automotive accessories! At Driver Mods, we offer specialty select automotive gifts, accessories, and performance parts for your vehicle."
